Signal-caller Sam Darnold had two interceptions but regrouped to make two scoring throws, culminating in the second score to star receiver Smith-Njigba in the extra period.

The Rams held a six-point advantage at half-time before Walker broke free for a long touchdown run for Seattle.

Los Angeles cornerback Josh Wallace then took back Darnold's initial pick for 56 yards, setting up a one-yard touchdown by Corum on the ensuing snap.

In the final stanza, a scoring pass from Matthew Stafford to Puka Nacua extended the Rams' lead to 30-14, but Rashid Shaheed ignited the hope with a 58-yard return for a score.

Although Nacua raced in for his second TD in OT, Smith-Njigba answered in kind to setup the decisive conversion.
